We pack orders in sturdy cardboard to protect the delicate bud and edibles from postal damage. We pride ourselves in shipping every package as if it were a gift. If you have any special requests, contact us and we’ll do our best to make your request a reality.

Because Canada Post no longer guarantees next-day delivery (or even 2-day delivery) throughout most of Canada, Priority Post is of limited use, and no longer recommended by our organization. Legality and Safety of Medical Cannabis Shipments
ZenLeaf has chosen Canada Post for medical cannabis deliveries due to their professionalism, forward-thinking stance on cannabis and respect for individual privacy. Canada Post’s official policy on cannabis is stated here, and ZenLeaf makes every effort to match their guidelines.
As policy, ZenLeaf avoids private shipping services except in special circumstances. ZenLeaf has found through experience that private shipping services (including the major services) are rife with internal theft and privacy violations, and routinely fail to measure up to the standard set by Canada Post.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear due to postal handling. However, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately, Monday through Friday, 11AM to 9PM Pacific Time Zone. Please provide your order number and postal tracking number, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items in case further information or photos are required.
Returns and Refunds
ZenLeaf ships perishable products, including foodstuffs, and thus cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Due to variations in user habits, tolerance and storage methods, ZenLeaf does not offer refunds except in the case of defective merchandise from manufacturers or items damaged in shipping (see above). All sales are considered final.
